Dan’s journey to owning his own neighborhood Butcher Shop began back in 1986 with a 3 year Butchery apprenticeship.  He honed his skills and built his knowledge over the years with big grocery store experience.  Opening the Gilbert Butchery was a dream come true for Dan and his wife Krista – an opportunity to give his customers personal service with the very highest quality meats, fish, and poultry available.
